Verity

Stoke-on-Trent, Remain 31% | Leave 69%

I voted to remain and feel as if a lot of people who voted to leave did so on misleading information and/or other emotive factors that I feel are unjustified and shouldn’t have lead to a leave vote (mainly the “to stop them coming over here stealing our jobs” which infuriates me!)

As for the future I don’t know if another referendum is the answer. What happens if it comes back as leave again after costing a whole load more money and still being no closer on a deal. I think the only option is for MPs to forget their personal opinions of leave or remain and focus on the fact that the country voted to leave the EU and now come together and get the best deal to improve the UK after Brexit.
